Good stats! Of course, they are not so good if you are selling. So glad I am not in the market at this time. We picked up our 5/5 in 2003 for 169K, and we have added new windows and solar hot water for another 20K. If we ever had to sell it, we could, but how to replace it? I feel lucky.
