I just heard from a local restaurant their new young hires were "FEARFUL" of two things: learning to work the cash register and interacting with people. They ALL said they had major anxiety over this.

Has covid-19 lockdown caused this?

Has too much staring at a phone caused this?

Too much Social Media?

Too much videos and not enough creative play time in their youth caused this?

Hi Paul and Happy Sunday- I love this if you have faith, you are well-armed. One of my fondest memories is getting to hear Dr. Peale. 

 

faye schubert  when my niece interned at Disney World years ago she worked in one of the retail stores. They insisted that their clerks be able to count out the change and did not have how much change to make on their register. We have set the bar low for our young people and done them a huge disservice.
