This home was on the market for a day and had to take back off do to a probate problem. The mother pass away 5 years ago and in the Will had that the kids stepfather could live there till he passes. He pass away in December and not knowing that the Personal Rep. person never open probate before three years created a problem.
Long story short it all got resolve with the lawyer and the judge and put back on the market February 28 and had 9 contracts the first day. One agent was smart enough that we wanted her in Back up. The first person got cold feet the day before closing. Lucky for the other agent and it work out for her client.
