The average list price for the three homes listed was $606,667; median sale price was $575,000. The highest list price was $695,000. Average days on market in Providence Pointe for the three homes listed in late March were two days.
At the end of the 1st Quarter 2021, NO homes were listed for sale in Providence Pointe and NO homes were under contract. Inventory in Providence Pointe remains beyond tight and this lack of inventory is clearly driving both listing up and days on market down.

One of the most in-demand and sought-after neighborhoods in the Ballantyne area of south Charlotte, Providence Pointe is a beautiful neighborhood with some 420 homes developed and built by Shea Homes between 2001 and 2008. Demand for Providence Pointe homes stems from its convenient location in Ballantyne just off Lancaster Highway and Highway 521/Johnston Road, which runs through Ballantyne.
