Just want to share a great marketing technique that we at Hamilton Mortgage use.  On Sundays we visit real estate agents at public open houses.  We bring bags that say, "Open House Survival Bag" imprinted boldly with our Hamilton logo.  We include some goodies, COLD water, some interesting reading material about the state of the mortgage market and of course our cards.  We are welcomed warmly and have good one on one time with realtors.  I have been doing this for well over a year now and have met some great and interesting people AND have seen some absolutely extraodinarily beautiful houses.  And, I have even gotten business that I ordinarily would not have gotten because I did not know these agents prior to my visiting every week.  Just want to share a fun, easy, inexpensive technique with all of you -
