Inflation was such a hot topic from last week, as the snowball continues. There were some new construction lately (check out Metro Walk at Moorefield Station and Hillside at Broadlands) which helps the inventory, but competition is still very tight.
My tip for the buyers -- this is STILL an opportunity market. If you're thinking about buying that home, go for it! Go get those contingencies which you haven't been getting in the past two years! I repeat: If you're a buyer, THIS. IS. IT.
If you're a home seller, go ahead and list that home! Take advantage of the inventory -- this is the best time to sell your home fast and with lots of good offers to choose from. As stated above, buyers are very willing to cooperate -- it's all about taking that first step to move forward with your home investment.
