It's been a bit since I blogged...mainly because business has been crazy! Maricopa County is still experiencing a major shortage of inventory. The North Scottsdale real estate market is still growing strong after 2 years of continued increases of 14% and 18.5%! Our current inventory for the ENTIRE county is less than 6000 properties compared to the typical 26,000 in April!!!!!
