These guy's are crooks in every sense of the word. Do not give them the time of day! These are the same guys that used to put ads on bus benches, I guess we figured that one out so they have branched out to screwing us in other ways!

Bench Craft ought to be investigated by many more Attorneys General, like Calif. and 25 other western states where they telemarket their products.  The Company used to be a good company when started but when the original 2 owner left and Charley Cobb inherited it due to a death, his business sense took over and that is to get the money and screw everyone else.  They sell ads to people without giving them a chance to see a contract, no one is ever given a start date for when their ads will start.  Often ads that are supposed to be placed on a bench end up on some other worthless billboard with 30+ other ads that is where NO ONE will ever see it.  They aren't even told of the change.  No refunds, check out the complaints with the Better Business Bureau, like 300 in the last couple of years which reflects many many more that just didn't bother over $400 or so.  Don't give them your credit card, don't do any business with them and why not tell your golf course about this problem.  There are other companies that do the same thing but that treat people legally.  Why don't our elected officals protect us from this, call your Attorney General about it.  The oregon Attorney General is already involved and trying to do something but our laws are so screwy, it is like trying to grab a slipprey wet fish.  We all have to sound off about this to make something happen.  California Attorney General, where are you????
