Here's an article from an inactive real estate agent who wants to sell her West Palm Beach, Florida 2000 square foot home with vaulted ceilings, upgraded tile in a gated community with swimming pool and tennis court and find her a life partner all in the same transaction. Agents are one of the ways to sell a house. But it can be very expensive to sell your house with AN agent. It's better to sell your house with FSBO site like Owners or ForSaleByOwner . I've used www.fizber.com and it was quite OK for me. I think it will be a good idea to look more here: http://forsalebyowner.fizber.com/.

Stephen, Funny post. Wonder what happens if the guy wants the house and not her... does the price increase? LOL.

Bob I wouldnt be surprised if your scenario happened but this is the first package deal that included a woman in a real estate transaction that Ive ever heard about. What's next FCOL!

Very creative. She sure knows how to get the word out that she is looking. Who knows she might not get a buyer, but might get some dates out of this.

I saw a special on her. Not only does the lucky buyer get her house and her heart, he also gets her kids...(i guess that is in the fine print!!)

Sadly though, this isn't the first time I heard of something like this. I also heard of a guy in Australia doing something similar.

thanks for the insight tasia. Please dont say that in addition to her heart, her house, and her kids that this might be a package deal? I thought that there may be more than one catch to her deal?!
