For the Average "Joe" homeowner?

You might know that the real estate market is still HOT right now! 

  • Did you know that NOT all real estate agents are the same?
  • Did you know there is an advantage to the Sellers for hiring an agent who KNOWS this specific market?
    • Someone who is willing to be patient, and who is willing to go the distance when you need an extra helping hand. It's worth doing your homework in researching agents.  An added bonus is working with a team!   • There are also a few things that realtors know, but the average "Joe Homeowner" may not, and it's about realtors. In case no one has shared this before, there are some who will reduce commissions.
    •   Ask those agents "Why". Are they limiting the services they offer? Are they going to work just as hard for less money? Would you?? How motivated will they be to sell at a discounted commission? AND, how motivated will other agents be to SHOW that listing when other listings will earn them a higher percentage?  Just because one agent takes a discounted commission, doesn't make it attractive for all the other agents to show and sell that house.

Our advice??

  • Be competitive, and expect your agent to work hard for you! Expect that agent to do everything to prepare the house so you can get the highest amount of money at a sales price! To get top dollar for a property, you need a wide variety of services and a lot of expertise to get that top dollar! 
    • Sometimes that extra commission percentage would have made a huge difference in the service you get and the end result!
