Rumor has it that Elon Musk wants to buy Coca Cola and use the original recipe. Yes did you know that cocaine was in the original Coca Cola. Well never fear because even Elon Musk can not afford to buy Coke. Now would that be considered dealing? Come on everyone needs to laugh these days don't they?
Let's change things around a little this week and talk Real Estate first . In some townships after a house goes under contract you have to get certifications for the Use and Occupancy Permits. Now of course this costs the seller money. Electrical people come out to make sure the house is up to code. They test all the outlets and the electrical panel box. This is kind of overkill as when the buyer had the home inspected .This was already done by the buyer's home inspector. Next the seller pays for a heating certification Again the buyer had the heater checked at the home inspection. Then you can apply for a Use & Occupancy Permit for a fee. Now again, you cannot fight City Hall. However, there is a group of advocates that are trying to stop townships from stopping home sales for these Permits. In the meantime, we do comply. We do hope people are getting inspections right ? Confused you think Real Estate agents just show houses and write the agreement of sales and their jobs are over. Well, there is more to selling a house that is why people use Real Estate agents.
Steal of a Deal HBOMAX has wonderful movies new and old, great series and documentaries as far as prime channels in my humble opinion the best quality entertainment for your money and my choice. Especially as many people are looking to eliminate some of the premium channels. I have noticed some of the channels have duplicates series and movies. So I think this summer I will eliminate some prime services. I just picked up Showtime for 3 months at $.99 a month they have some good series .

I Love Dooney has Mother's Day Sale. I will say it was my dearest friends special Birthday. I purchased her a suede bag on sale that would have cost $295 probably more with tax . Zulilliy has some great deals this weekend I actually purchased some things that I was pleased with lately. Perricone products and OPI nail polish. If you order one product and pay for shipping after that shipping is free. This weekend they had NAOT shoes I order a pair of sandals. I always go to their websites to check reviews and prices and it was a bargain . To be honest, these are great shoes and would have purchased on the website if I missed out but saved $$$$. After all it is May and the warmer weather is coming so it's time for me to start putting my boots away. What about you?
Last but not least is the new flying selfie camera. I really do not know too much about it, but have seen it on the news. If you have interest check it out on Amazon they it say's may have an exclusive . Guess it is a kind of drone for selfies. What will they think of next??
