Looking for real estate bloggers who also use email effectively to generate leads

When I first started a report on online real estate marketing for MarketingSherpa, I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew realtors utilize online listing sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and others but I didn't know the extent to which they were using blogs, social networks, online lead sellers, or email. I've found out that blogging is actually turning into a real lead gen tool for realtors and that surprised me because of the time and effort it takes because I know realtors are so busy. Then I learned that realtors are on Facebook and Myspace, though the ones I've talked to say there are very little measurable results and that's okay. Few people can measure the ROI of social networks thus far. What I haven't been able to find are realtors who are using email effectively to generate leads... I was wondering if there are any of you out there... could you please contact me? I'd love to interview you for this report!

Natalie, I don't use email to generate leads but I do use email to build the relationship with my leads and nuture them into clients.

Did anyone actually read Natalie's post? She asked a questions about the use of email for lead generation. Not to diminish everyone's kindness is welcoming her to the Network, but people really should take the time to read through a person's post before commenting.

Just my $.02 worth...

Natalie - most agents have incorporated the use of emails in contacting their SOI (sphere of influence) in addition to printed forms of snail mail. Whenever you input a new contact into your system, make sure to get their email addy, and add them to your database. It's a great way to build your referral base.
