Gaithersburg Storm Drain Art Contest Winners

I was actually expecting painted storm drains from your headline, but nice campaign.

It is a good idea to educate children as to where storm drains empty into. Some adults are ignorant as to the damage they cause when they dump old gasoline or motor oil into the sewer on the corner as well Roy Kelley

That's a fun contest, Roy.  Here in my community I have noticed a lot of art being painted on utility boxes.

I love all of that artwork and would love to see the faces of the people that created those awesome pieces of art.
