Getting To Know Me With Twenty-One Answers

And now, to answer the 21 questions:

1. What was your first job, and what did you learn from it?

RN, Head Nurse at Sinai Hospital Pediatric Clinic in Baltimore. 

 I learned that there are no emergencies in real estate!

2. How long have you been in the real estate or related service industry?

I started real estate in 1990.

3. What is your biggest fear, and what have you done to try to conquer it?

I don't have any fears.

4. What would you do if you knew you would not fail?

I am fortunate that I have done it all and was not afraid of failing.

5. What is a habit you would love to eliminate or change?

Eliminating the "uhs."

6. What is your favorite meal (forget about calories or what you shouldn’t eat)

Anything prepared by someone else. So lucky to have best friends who are gourmet cooks.

7. What is something you wish you’d done?

I have no regrets.

8. Who has been most influential in your life?

My Lee. I made a wish and he came true!  We were married for 16802 days.

9. What are your favorite business-related books?

I will read anything related to real estate.

10. Other than business books, what are your favorite things to read? I have an app called "Good News"

11. What are your top 5 favorite movies? I like watching old movies, including anything with Anthony Hopkins, Liam Neeson, Robert DeNiro, Jack Nicolson, Ed Norton, Tom Hanks, Morgan Freeman, Bruce Willis, Frances McDormand,

12. If I came to visit your city for one day, what is the one thing I must do or see?

If you came to Baltimore, you would have to see me and break bread at one of our many fine restaurants.

13. If I came to your city to visit for one day what is the one restaurant you would recommend?

Tio Pepes

14. If I was going to relocate to your area what advice would you give me that is unique to the area?

Enjoy all four seasons. Sometimes they are on the same day.

15. Do you have any special talents?

My second career was that of a ceramic artist.

16 Do you have any quirks?

I love cold weather, don't wear a coat or gloves, and am not a happy camper when temperatures exceed 75.

17. What is your best character trait?

Consistency, I have not missed a live radio show in almost eight years!

18. Have you ever done anything you would never do again because it was too hard or dangerous?

Nothing dangerous, but I did change the dryer belt on a dare.

19. What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?

Spend time with my daughter

20. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you want to live?

Right where I am.

21. What is something that we don’t know about you that would surprise us?

I am a Type E personality.
