Bryant, I can't get over how reasonable the prices are down there. They've got to come up with baby boomers looking for ice-free living.

I agree with Patricia. I'm just amazed at the prices of these lovely, cozy homes. So bright and cheerful. They need a family.

This is a great way to presenting listing and this is a nice one. You are getting very good with this medium Bryant. Nice listing post.

BB - With the prediction of very high heating oil in my area this winter maybe I should get one of your lovely homes.....Lol

From your presentation I can see good value, so happy selling.

Is your MLS setup to allow for "range pricing"? When I was with Prudential, they had a very specific program, to handle listings this way. But in order for it to really work properly, the MLS had to be setup for it, AND all the MLS memebers had to educated. It never got aoff the ground.

I cannot believe the prices. I have a feeling some lucky people are going to be snatching those homes up fairly quickly. Loved the presentation Bryant.
