Retain Your Past Clients: The best investment you can make in your future business is in a consistent program designed to keep yur name in front of past clients, whether it be via email, phone, or direct mail.  I recently read an excellent blog on this topic here on AR. You want to focus on providing value-added services and information with your program.

Personal Development: Make a lifelong commitment to increase your skills by reading, taking classes, hiring a sales coach (if that's in your budget),listening to tapes, and attending sales trainings.

A Financial Plan: Financial success depends on the ability to save and invest part of your income wisely. Make a plan that charts a clear path toward your desired financial future.

Technology: Maximize the services you offer and keep up with client needs by staying ahead of technological innovations, such as the excellent client retention system, Home buyers' scouting report technology. To learn how you can increse your business and sell more homes through the Home Buyers' Scouting Report, contact me for the demo link. It does not cost you anything, all I ask is that you allow me the opportunity to provide financing to the buyers generated through the HBSR technology.

I want to keep providing you with ideas, knowledge & Techniques To Help You Grow Your Real Estate Business. First, you have to BECOME AN ASSOCIATE.

This has always been my downfall. Keeping in touch with my past clients. I need to come up with a system to get back in touch with them.

Heather---I agree with you that any realtor who desire to succeed must design a system to keep them in front of their past clients consistently.

Nathan---Mug is neat but mugs break and so how many times do you plan on sending them replacement? Something less economical might do. Great idea.
