👨‍💼Mortgage Rates Less than Inflation

Hello Brian, it is interesting that lately mortgage rates increased but Treasury bonds didn't increased. Thanks for a very good report.

Pretty sad when we have to say mortgage rate which are higher is still better than all the inflation. bill 

Let's just hope that someone gets an er uh idea type thing in Washington and settles this all down.

Brian most people are not aware the interest rates work off of the 10 year treasury bond, and not off of the stock market.

Good morning Brian - unfortunately that statement is sad but true.  Inflation is problematic.

Brian England - unfortunately, many people don't have a clue and probably won't know until the full blown inflation slaps us all upside down and on our face. I lived through the terrible 70s and 80s and it was rough riding. We are in a very sad, pathetic, and confusing economic period in our lifetime.
