Gary & Melynda Wolter celebrated their 20th year as Realtors with family, friends and clients...only they went back to where it all began...in Iowa.
"We have had so much success with ProSmart Realty in Gilbert, AZ and have been here 7 years now...we thought it would be fun to celebrate with our peeps where it all began...in Cedar Rapids," Gary says.
Melynda says it is so flattering that people still call us to help them in Iowa and thanks to Tessa Grimm at Pinnacle Realty, they don't miss a beat helping both buyers and sellers.
Francine was a first time home buyer in 2011 and now wanted to move up before interest rates went up. She called Gary last year and he went over a plan for both buying and selling. Both Gary & Melynda go back to Iowa a few times a year to discuss their clients future and stay in touch. Tessa then helped Francine find a great house and will move in soon.
"We have helped around 40 families make a move in Iowa since we have lived in Arizona. It warms our heart to have such loyal clients back home," Melynda says.
Gary even started 'Iowan's in the Valley" on Facebook, and has over 700 former Iowans following the group page. The group has meetups several times a year.
