I agree with that Grant Schneider real estate is always a good investment and cycles continuously.

Yeah, the economic crash that seems to be occurring is very scary Sheri Sperry - MCNE® but I bet corporate America is doing just fine, haha.

I am not seeing any sign of it either George Souto but I have heard others say that inventory levels are rising in their area so that is a good sign.

I never put too much stock in predictions being made Thomas J. Nelson, REALTOR ® e-Pro CRS RCS-D Vets since I doubt any of the people making them have a crystal ball, haha.  Also, it seems that they usually just act like they know what they are talking about as well.  Only time will tell.

That is the crazy part for me Curtis Van Carter it isn't just the affordable homes flying off the market, the luxury homes are being snapped up quickly as well.
