My great Active Rain Friends are hosting a Fun May challenge and here are the questions how could I not participate I adore both Carol Williams and Kathy Streib so here goes
1)What was my first job _ part-time was working as a cashier after school at ChezMar Sandwich Shop across from John Wanamaker in Center City took a bus and the subway to get there - something I would not do now. Later I worked as an Art designer embroidery company across from the Inquire building -
Learned there were lots of perverts on the subway
2) How long have I been in Real Estate?
I have been in real estate since 1984
3)My biggest fear?
is that Cleo will get picked up by a bird of prey when she follows me outside
4) What would I do if I knew I would not fail?
Well, when my mind is made up I do not intend to fail it is what I am doing now Real Estate
5) What habit would I like to eliminate or change
My eating habits as sometimes I tend to midnight snack binge
6) My favorite food is hard to say as I love food and love to cook
Chopped Cherry nut (wet walnuts ) Sundae with whipped cream maybe even some hot fudge too ---- no will take hot waffles with walnuts hot fudge lots of whipped cream and vanilla ice cream
But that is after a good Italian meal
7) What do I wish I had done
No real regrets, maybe not going to Law School
8 ) Who influenced me the most in my life -
Well, besides my Mother and Father who were very interesting people- I would say Ben Kinney he came strolling down a walkway talking about things that set off light bulbs in my head wearing a casual Northface jacket so nonchalant than later purchased Active Rain and even gave everyone his personal phone number also at the time his sidekick with adorable dimples Bob Stewart miss him taught me so much about blogging

Not a big business book reader, but do read my favorite - Who Moved the Cheese
10) Other than business Books what books do you read?
I like Murder mysteries and Novels
My dear friend's book -Dean Kutzler Brownstone for one, Patterson, Mary Higgins Clark just to name a few Gone with the Wind is not a mystery but a classic

Forever Amber House of Gucci which was snubbed cannot count worst subject that's why I love mortgage bankers
12 )If you came to my city for just one day
As long as you call me in advance you must see me. We can go to the Art Museum, of course, you know Rocky is there and beautiful treasures.
13) If one day you came to visit where would we eat in my city
Easy we would go to my friend Alberto's Restaurant over the bridge in Burlington, NJ. ILportico has been the best Italian food ever. He would make us a special meal and sit with us and talk about the world. He is the best chef ever and a dear friend. not enough time we can go to the little cafe like Three Monkeys and chill and have a Philly cheesesteak
14) If I was going to relocate to your area what advice would you give me that is unique to the area?
Food Philadelphia is known for its wonderful restaurants and museums it is also a very metropolitan area smaller compact version of NYC I would also say friendlier but that is my humble opinion. Plus, we speak Philadelphian .It is the City of brotherly Love
15) Do you have any special talents??
Synchronized swimmer - You only sink if you think you will

I have a nervous laugh and talk ha-ha

Blog - cook - watch movies - refinish furniture -shop -seasonal Garden

Right where I live now love the people and the wildlife
21 )What is something that we don’t know about you that would surprise us?
I did a national TV show with HOME Team they were looking for a house to buy we found a great place for the show In fact, I just did a market report on Rivers Bend Condo that was where it was. I asked them if they found someone to give it to they had not yet. At the time my son's friend was in remission from cancer and looking to buy a house. They spoke with his family and chose him for the show. Every now and then the show is aired.
I wonder if you know me better than you did before . Have a happy day and smile as it takes more muscles to smile than it does to frown.
