From my experience, always ask your child about the home you are thinking of Buying. Why? Have you noticed than when an adult and a kid are looking at the EXACT same thing they see things from a completely different perspective? (Photo of Family- White77 Pixabay)
For example, when looking at a new home the kids may be looking at features completely differently from their parents. The kids playing on the street, the park, the swimming pool their room and the yard.
Let me use this analogy.
Teacher Asks A Class Room of Kids to Title this Photo:
The winning title from the Kid's Perspective was, "Never Swallow Your Chewing Gum!"
Same with buying a home, Mom looks at the upgraded kitchen. Dad looks at the garage and office or a multi generation home guest room. The kids go straight to the Backyard, pool and sandbox. Right?
