What do these two families on the gulf coast have in common

Bill and Linda got a call from his company's headquarters at the height of the pandemic and were told that the job he had long wanted had become available but he had to move thousands of miles and his answer was required in less than 24 hours. 

THE DILEMMA: sell a home, pack, move, buy a home without really knowing the area and they did not need to own two homes. 

The Solution: Their agent referred them to a well-known friend and fellow agent in Pensacola that he had known when he lived in Pensacola. He contacted Charles Stallions who called and talked to Bill and Linda making them feel so relaxed they accepted the job and made the move. When Bill and Linda landed in Pensacola, Charles met them at the airport while having a rental car waiting for Bill to drive to his new job Charles showed Linda 9 homes with 2 choices one being the one that would become their new home. Charles had made reservations for Bill and Linda at a local AIRBNB made all the eating arrangements and it just seem seamless and so easy. Within 72 hours they had their home back in California and their new one under contract. Closings were well thought out and coincided with the move to their new home and the Smooth Move took less than 6 weeks. 

John and Lisa were expecting their second child and to top it off they needed room for Lisa's mom who now needed to move in with them to take care of the children while John and Lisa worked a 30-minute commute each day. 

The Dilemma: John and Linda needed to sell their 2 bedrooms, 1 bath home of five years along with Lisa's mom 1 bedroom 1 bath condo and find a 4 possibly 5 bedroom, 2 bath home without the burden of two possibly three house payments.

The Solution: Call their long-time friend and realtor Charles Stallions, who put John and Linda's home along with Lisa's Moms condo on the market. Charles knowing the market knew that the sales would happen fast but convincing John and Linda to make an offer on another home not to mention getting the other agent on board in the hottest market since Noah landed the Ark to accept a contingency offer would be almost miraculous in itself. But Charles is one of the most respected realtors in town and is known for the skills to boot that could do this and he did. 

Bottom Line

Sometimes it really becomes who you know and who you can trust and in real estate, it is almost always the case. I hope that I can really make dreams come true with over 27 years in the business. Although I have averaged 57 closings a year, I have the top rankings and all that comes with it but these are not the numbers I am most proud of as a realtor it is the fact that each customer is not treated like a number at all but as a friend and they really do become family through the years. I cannot count the baby showers, and the graduations in kindergarten, high school, and colleges that I have been invited to. My customers, have followed me through life and I have enjoyed a life worthy of the best life ever.
