There were 419,040 single family homes sold in California in April of 2022 down 1.9% from 426,970 in March of 2022, and fell 8.5% from 458,170 home sales in April of 2021.
The average price for a square foot was $433.00 in April of 2022 jumped from $383.00 in April of 2021 in California.
There were 1.8 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in April of 2022, up from 1.7 months in March of 2022, and higher from 1.6 months in April of 2021.
An average it took 8.0 days to sell a single family home in April 2022, unchanged from 8.0 days in March of 2022, but gained from 7.0 days in April of 2021 in California.
