I have, probably 4 times now at the National Association of Realtors Annual Conferences.  I was fortunate to be the President of the Ada County Association of Realtors (now Boise Regional Realtors) in 2010 when Realtor.com hosted a private party at the Aquarium there.  That was an epic party!  I also managed a team of volunteer to help get the computers up and running at several schools at the 2006 conference after Hurricane Katrina.  I would love to come back and teach NAR or NAHB classes there - hook me up Eric Bouler

Thanks Richard Weeks I spend a lot of time getting my listings ready before they hit the MLS.  I love the Matterport camera and bought it the day I saw it demonstrated six years ago.  I also use the photos to create custom signs showing the interior of the home.

Thanks Michael Jacobs What would you ballpark a home like this would sell for in your market? (since so many Californian's are moving to Boise).


They always say you get busy when you leave town, so I am leaving in two hours for the weekend and counting on that strategy (coincidence?) to sell it this weekend even though we will be reviewing offers on Monday night (if any).
