Happy Birthday America!
Remember, while watching neighborhood parades, enjoying cookouts and spending time with friends and neighbors.....this is a great time to build your SOI and work on getting some referrals for fall closings!!!!
1. Sponsor a vehicle (be it a bike, wagon, trailer or car) in a parade. Offer to decorate it (or pay for decorations) and maybe get a car magnet attached with your info.
2. Make up some red, white and blue cookies, wrap in saranwrap and secure with ribbon and your business card. Bring to the neighborhood picnic to share.
3. Buy a bunch of red, white and blue balloons, a helium tank and string. Punch a hold through the corner of your business card and tie onto the end of the string. Hand out to the neighborhood kids.
4. Have a garden? Have fruit trees? Set up a table and offer "free produce" along with some business card magnets.
5. Go to the dollar store and pick up a bunch of coloring books. Put your business card stickers on them and hand out at the neighborhood parade or picnic.
6. Buy a bunch of red, white and blue spray bottles, place a business card sticker on each one, fill with water and hand out to everyone for a much-needed (and appreciated) misting!
7. Everyone loves frisbees! Too late to order custom...instead, buy a bunch (in red, white and blue) at the dollar store and put your business card sticker on them.
8. Set up a raffle table at the picnic. Offer free pens/pads of paper and have people fill out a form to be entered in a drawing for a gift certificate to a neighborhood restaurant. Hold the drawing at the picnic.
9. Register a domain and build a "neighborhood website". Promote it with flyers at the parade/picnic and give an email address so your neighbors can make suggestions and offer feedback. Take lots of pictures/video and upload to the website.
10. Don't be pushy, don't drink too much and have FUN!!!!!!
Feel free to share any other ideas you have!

Tina these are some really good ideas. Even if its too late for the 4th of July they can still be used for Labor Day. Thanks for sharing with us all!!
