Reading most news media today, it seems the end of the world is coming for real estate professionals.

Want to know a secret?

This time, like all times, is a very good time, if only you know what to do with it.

For some, falling prices will cause pain.  If the politicians step in to help, it will get worse.  Free markets can solve free market problems.  Government intervention always makes it worse.  Check history just a bit and there is way more than ample proof.

So what do you do in this market?

Buy at a discount so you can sell at a discount.  Banks don't want houses and they are getting so many now that more than a few are in danger of not being banks much longer.  You can help through the free market act of purchasing these properties, rehabing them to decent condition, and reselling to a new occupant who can actually qualify for their new home loan.

It isn't complex, although you will need to kiss a lot of frogs to find a few princes.

Our goal is to buy 5 to 10 per month, almost all from lenders that have become reluctant landlords.
