Questions, Questions, Questions, Do I Have MORE Questions!!!

I researched as much as I could on AR with little results and everyone says, if you can't find the answer, just ask. So here  I am, in hopes someone will be able to answer me.

  1. How does the tree (image/edit icon) work? I click my one, only to get a sound and nothing else. I even went as far as putting my pictures on Photobucket to get the img url and still nothing, so someone please help.
  2. With all this talk about Outside Blogs, is there a way to customize it with templates from the Web?
  3. Can we make the font bigger on our blogs? And if so, how.
  4. How can I send out to more than five groups at a time?
  5. If templates from the Web will not allowed, can AR give us the option of changing the color of our background?
  6. How do you use animated graphics with a code, as used on My Space, etc, be incorporated in Blogs without knowing HTML. Is there a possibility to include another Icon for codes?

Hope you can help me with Question #1, because I love photography, one of my hobbies and I just can't get my pictures to work right.

1. does your second box have a small icon that says browse? If so click on that and find the picture on your computer and double click it, then on that 2nd box that popped up click upload picture then it will load to the 1st box where you click insert and presto should show up in your blog. If this doesn't help or isn't what you are getting/ having a problem with let me know I will try to help further.

2. very good question, That I do not know, but I am guessing if you have your outside blog to your own site you should be able to do so.... but again I am not sure on the outside blog thing yet I have not set mine up yet

3. Yes, I have seen it done and even with color and all kinds of cool stuff, there are several blogs on here about it, but I have not tried that yet, you are further then me with the purple here lol.

4. I don't think that is possible. I keep getting that same message too.

5. & 6. No idea sorry :-(

#1 I am guessing a popup blocker is catching the box.

#2 Not at this time..just the 2 templates AR gives.

#3 If you write your blog in html code you can change font size & color...much more complex way to post though. Seach google for a software called NVU.  Works nicely.

#4 like dale said, only 5 groups.

#5. In time there may come some customizations.. but for now, no such luck...the system just rolled out on Thursday.

#6. You have to save your post in the wysiwyg mode..then edit the post and click on html tab.  Add the embed html code.  Ie. video from youtube, etc...

Chris, I had to permit pop ups on AR. Vista wouldn't let me put the pics in, but XP did. Figured out out to correct it...check out my blog   www.nancydoesmortgages.com
