Box Wine Suggestions: Chardonnay

When you are selecting a white wine to serve at your gatherings, box wines might provide the best quality for your money. I suggest a purchase of a box of Corbett Canyon Chardonnay and a box of Bota Box Chardonnay. They are both good. Compare the two and select the one that you will prefer to purchase again.

Corbett Canyon Chardonnay 3L Box

California- This light- to medium-bodied Chardonnay has heavily floral hints of pears, apples and grapefruit. Sourness from light grapes flashes brightly on the fresh finish.

Bota Box Chardonnay 3L Box

California- This light-bodied wine is refreshing and crisp with vibrant flavors of lemon, lime, green apple and pineapple, leading to a juicy finish. Pairs well with salads, seafood, or appetizers.

Roy, haven't bought a boxed wine, but have to stick with red wine, even though it is summer.

They both sound really tempting.  My wife and I have very different tastes in wine, though, so we buy smaller amounts.  If I have a party, these both seem like very good choices.  Thank you for the recommendations.

Same with me and my husband so for myself I buy the Bota Mini wines and it is just enough for 2-3 glasses. That might work for you and your wife.

Hi Roy... I don't believe I've ever purchased box wine and I suspect my husband would be appalled if I suggested it to him.

Hello Roy Kelley and my wine drinks white wine all the time and I am a red wine drinker.  I need to see if I can get her to drink a box wine.

I don't usually buy box wines.  However, last fall, my daughter brought a box of wine to a family gathering, and I was surprised at the quality.  Boxed wines today seem better than those from my more youthful days!

I haven't had Chardonnay in years! I usually have Pinot Grigio when I want white wine but these sound like a good alternative so will check them out.
