Just to refresh Lo Feliz is home to a few Frank Lloyd Wright homes and Los Feliz is a relaxed hillside enclave of Los Angeles, there is a mix of numerous up and coming people from the entertainment industry, as well as some established ones as well. The neighborhood is bordering Griffith Park which is also home to the Griffith Observatory.

This week the median list price for Los Angeles, CA 90027 is $2,597,500 with the market action index hovering around 61. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 59. Inventory has increased to 18.
Home sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. However prices have not yet stopped falling. Since the market is already in the Seller’s zone, expect prices to level off very soon. Should the sales trend continue expect that prices could climb from there. Hard to believe two weeks later it is more of a seller's market. The most interesting part compared to May 8th's Market Snapshot and this one. There is a huge difference in the Median List Price & the Median Price of New Listings.
Clearly the sellers are receiving savvy advice from Local Realtors. Well see it for your self instead of me just telling you.
