Peachtree City Georgia.  Cresswind is a new housing development spread over approximately 450 acres in Peachtree City with amenities including tennis courts, swimming pool, club house, trails and parks.

Pre Construction prices on homes range in price from base prices of approximately $350,000.00 to $550,000.00 and total square footage range starting at over 2,000 to 3,800 square feet approximately.

Seven homes in the development have sold as reported on the Georgia MLS for an average price of just over $600,000.00.  Three are under contract and one re sale built in 2018 is currently for sale as of this blog writing for $755,000.00.

Kolter Homes is the developer.  Much of the development has already sold with just a few lots left.  Word is that the developer plans to start on a similar sized project in Newnan some time in 2023.

If you have any interest in New or re sale housing in the Newnan - Peachtree City area having your own exclusive agent can help tremendously.  I am able to work with both new and resale offering services that include scheduled showings, market information, offer negotiation and transaction management through to close.  Keep in mind with new housing, it can be 6 months or longer to complete construction, however you are able to select custom upgrades and get the luxury of moving into a new home.  On the other hand, many folks like to check out their options in a variety of new developments as well as great values in pre owned homes.  My fees are already set in the contracts paid by the seller in most cases.  In limited cases there are some sellers who only will pay a portion of the buyer fees and often these homes stay on the market longer and end up selling for less as many buyers prefer not to have to endure added closing costs.  Moreover we are getting reports of some sellers paying additional closing costs.  Be that all as it may, having your own exclusive buyer's agents comes with it's share of benefits and in terms of most re sale and at this and many developments, having your own buyer's agent won't cost you anything more nor will it increase your purchase price.  Contact me if you'd like to set up an initial consultation.  You must be pre approved with a lender to buy and/or show proof of funds.  I have lenders in mind who may be able to lock in the current rates now for up to 3 months.  Give me a call.  I'm here to help.
