Sorry that this is probably the lamest post you have ever seen ... there is absolutely no value to it except I made the most amazing pie this evening out of Southern Living Magazine.  I'm telling you I had to "straighten" out the edges of the pie tonight as I was blogging on Active Rain, but it just kept calling me.  I could read all kinds of horrible crap this evening and not care ... this is AMAZING pie!  Now that I have straightened out over 2 pieces and it is still crooked, I felt the need to share this incredible recipe with some of you!

PRETZEL CRUST:

2 cups finely crushed pretzels, 1/4 C brown sugar, 3/4 C melted butter.

Grease a 9" pie pan and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.  Let cool 1 hour before filling.

FILLING:

1 1/2 pckg cream cheee

1/2 C sugar

1/3 C sour cream

1/3 C creamy peanut butter

2 large eggs

1. preheat over to 325, cut milky way candy bars into 1/4 inch pieces all over bottom of the crust (TRUST me this is an awesome end result)

2. beat cream cheese mixture and spoon over the candy.

3. bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes until it is set.

4. cool and chill for 2 hours.

5. melt 2 TBSP whipping cream and 2/3 cup chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie.

I'm not sure what one ingredient makes this so incredible, is it the salty crust? the cream cheese peanut butter mixture or the chocolate!!!!!!!!!!  I really don't even like peanut butter so I can't figure out why I like this so much.

OH YEAH .... IF I KEEP EATING THESE PIES I WILL NEED A NEW PHOTO!!!!!!!!!!!

Pippa:  I guess this just proves that you can have your pie, and eat it too.  Yum... does that look great.  Thanks for sharing.

Seems pretty easy, and if you say it good, I think I might need to take this recipe for a spin.

By the way... I took a look at your website, and that is one of the sharpest, coolest looking websites I have seen in a very long time.  Great Job !  And... isn't the Woodlands just a really great place to sell ?  I love it there.

Great pie photo. It makes up for the "lame" post, LOL. I have saved the recipe. I think I need to make one for the holiday weekend.
