Fabulous job - just love how the warmth and the details pop in such an inviting way. I would buy it - to bad its too long of a commute!
Jennifer ~ The paint colors do make a difference and it goes to show that when selling, beige is bland ... Thanks for weighing in with your comment.
Maureen, what a great example of 'warming up' this beautiful propety so that buyers will warm up to it too! Thanks fo the photos.
Wendy Casey - Vancouver, BC
Wendy ~ Hopefully they'll warm right up to a sale before long! It's only been on the market for 2 days so we'll see what happens. Thanks for your kind comment.
Looks amazing! I love the colors on the living room and dining room walls!
Daniel ~ Thank you for commenting -- those colors are indeed warm and inviting aren't they
Fantastic job, judging by the amount of comments, it's the general consensus!
Beautifully staged and understated - and the colors that were chosen are so lovely. You make a great part of a rehabber's team, Maureen!
Cindy ~ This house has such a good "feeling" that our team loved working there.

OMG!!!! That is so beautiful. I want to move in!!! great job.
This was so tastefully done from the finishes to the staging, excellent job Maureen!
Chrissie ~ Me too! Thanks for stopping by.
Karen ~ Our goal in staging was to highlight this home's features ... it has so much charm.
It is gorgeous. I really like the paint color you used in the dining room. What color is it?
Michelle ~ The dining room paint color is "Danish Pine" and the living room is "Asian Jute" -- both colors are part of the Historic Collection at Miller Paint Company.
Aloha Maureen,
Great stage! Love the fact you kept the original light fixture in the living room and the built-ins really stand out.
Peace,
Kimo ~ You have a very sharp eye to notice that's the original light fixture! The seller found some incredible authentic replacement bulbs for it too before we staged it.
What a completely awesome staging job... how often do you have sellers saying, "hey... we should keep this place."?
WOW! That is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for giving us the paint colors. I wish you were a little closer to us!
Hi - I hope I am not overstepp'n, but the market is so different here in FL... I was wonder'n if you could give me a ball park budget that you were given for jus furnishings, not your fee... I totally understand if you wish not to disclose. They ljus ook so fabulous and here, we have a hard time convinc'n homeowners to go ahead and let us spend a lil extra to make it look so beautiful and classy! Thank you - it is absolutely wonderful!
Chuck ~ Sometimes we've heard that sellers wish they'd made the changes before they decided to sell! Thanks for stopping by.
Ardell ~ This home has so much natural charm that it was easy to work with. There are lots of excellent stagers in your Seattle area too -- thank you for your kind remarks.
Heather ~ I'll email you with the monthly furnishings rental -- I don't mind sharing that with you at all. It's much less than you probably think!
