Is It Finally Foreclosure Crisis Time?

Yes it is interesting times. Understanding how things change and yet may remain the same is part of the human challenge.

I don't believe any predicted foreclosure surge in the near future will be anything like the one we had in 2007-2008.  Back then, many homes were being bought with liar loans, and mortgages that began with "teaser" rates, which quickly escalated after a year or so.  In today's world, with many sales being flush with cash, buyers have more skin in the game.  That behavior isn't prone to trigger foreclosures.
