I know what you mean.  I'm always shocked when I look in MLS and see some of the photos.  What are they thinking?  Needless to say I immediately contact the agent... use these as great marketing opportunities... I do and have great results!

 I frequent mls and I too am amazed at the pics they are showcasing!  Firsts impressions speak loudly!.  In todays market people do not have time to go from house to house.  The internet is an avenue that potential buyers are using to sort through all the homes that are listed out there.  I hope Realtors wake up to the TRUTH for the sake of their clients!   Sue

 Does pink really sell in Andover? I am very interested in your comment on the wallcolor Margaret Ann. Maybe its a regional thing... but my poll of Portland agents says PINK has to go, along with all EASTER EGG kinds of colors.
