Rental inventory levels stand at 10 available units with rents ranging from a low of $1250 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo to a high of $2980 for a 2 story 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath home with 3 car garage and 3,129 sq. feet with a full size basement.
It appears that home sales are cooling down but rentals are still holding up to strong rental prices.
