Good morning. Hope this email finds you well and had a fantastic Father's Day weekend. Wanted to pass along Tim's Time Outs:
ETHICS FOR LIFE:
* Be Nice to yourself, others, and your pets.
* Be friendly and smile.
* Keep a good sense of humor.
* Develop a "Proper Mental Attitude" about every aspect of your life.
* Keep your appearance and your work area neat and tidy.
* Never let your guard down.
* Set high performance standards for yourself and DON'T compare yourself to others in your life or your work area.
* Think: "I get to to to fun!"...and NOT, "I have to go to work".
* Don't be a clock watcher. Come to "fun" a little early and stay a little late(your manager or boss will notice and appreciate that.
* Start working harder/smarter than ever to hold on to your job,,,giving your BEST all the time.
* Be a straight arrow, since your ethics and morals refect on you, your company or organization
* Always look for ways to develop win-win opportunities in EVERY situation. See problems as "opportunities for growth".
* Build others up and NEVER tear anyone down just to build yourself up.
* Listen to othres.
* Call the other person by name(preferably their first name).
* Be open minded.
* Don't grumble and complain.
* Remember enthusiasm opens doors.
* Be and OVERCOMER.
* Take action NOW.
* Seek wisdom from others.
