Park Row is a townhouse community in Central Islip Long Island in Suffolk County NY.

 

Opened in the 1990's, Park Row are attached townhouses that offers the homeowners a clubhouse, pools, tennis, billiards, and gym.  Park Row can be reached by the Southern State Parkway or Sunrise Highway at Carleton Avenue North.

 

Each unit has a garage, full basement, central air conditioning and gas heat. The monthly common charge takes care of the lawns, snow removal, trash, and the facilities. There is a variety of architectural styles. This is a unique community as there are 34 legal 2 family units too. This area is served by the Central Islip School District #13.
