Several builders have homes in Tallyn’s Reach such as Richmond, Cardel, Capital Pacific, New Town Builders (with solar), Meritage, Beazer, Jayman, Toll Brothers, Brookfield, Century Communities, along with custom builders.  There is some new construction in Tallyn's and when complete this neighborhood should have a total of 1,800 homes.

Sales have slowed A BIT around the City, but not in Tallyn's Reach.  Many homes are on the market for more than one weekend, and in the 2nd weekend, we are seeing list price reductions.

Hi Joan... that's what I keep telling buyers who ask me if they should wait for prices to go down before buying... we have less than one month of inventory and not likely to reach six months for a very, very long time... home prices might not appreciate as quickly but they are not going down so long as demand outstrips supply.
