That is a great question Kat Palmiotti.  It varies around the state and by city and again by the CCR's if any in a given community.  In residential zoning, typically no more than two but in other areas, it is limited to one per 14,500 sq. ft. of space per horse.

Our rules vary from property to property as well. CCRs are much more restrictive than county rules.
