Rancho Palos Verdes Condos for Sale
This week we look at the Palos Verdes Bay Club, which is a private condominium club with views out to the ocean from many of the condos and many amenities, including looking at several recently sold listings and talking about the PVBC condos' layouts (2 patios, 2-BR and 2-BA, kitchen open to the Living Room) as well as the condo association layout - pools, spas, tennis courts (we hit pickle balls there too), lots of lush greenery and views from many of the condos to the bays south, ocean and Catalina Island.
