On June 16, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values declined 0.4% to an average price of $798,720 in May of 2022 from an average price of $801,680,000 in April of 2022, but rose 10.1% from $725,680 in May of 2021. While, homes sales decreased 1.3% in May of 2022 from April of 2022, and fell 11.2% from May of 2021 in Los Angeles County, California.
There were 2.3 months supplies of available inventory of homes in May of 2022 higher from 1.9 months in April of 2022, and gained from 2.0 months in May of 2021. An average it took 9.0 days to sell a home in May 2022, unchanged from 9.0 days in April of 2022, but up from 22.0 days in May of 2021 in Los Angeles County, California.
