The following chart shows all single family home sales in Lake Arrowhead for the last 90 days as of July 1, 2008 according to the Rim Association of Realtors.  Each company is listed that had a sale where they represented a seller and the companies market share for this period.

 Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty maintained a 50% market share for all listings that sold in Lake Arrowhead for the last 90 days.

Holding steady at the 50% mark, hopefully we can move up a few % this month...
