Sterling Woods in Port Jefferson Station Long Island is a Suffolk County Long Island community that is situated off Route 347 to Route 112 and Washington Avenue. Opened in 2000, Sterling Woods Condo is surrounded around Gettysburg Drive. The community is served by the Comsequogue School District #3.
 

Sterling Woods Condo does not have amenities like a pool or tennis courts, but it does have a lovely spraying fountain, relaxing gazebo, horseshoes and bocci. Pets are permitted here. The Condominiums have an attached garage, basement, central air conditioning, gas heat and backyard patios. 

 

The units at Sterling Woods are attached in groupings. There is a monthly common charge fee which covers the lawn maintenance and snow removal. Rarely are Condos available here. Good morning Larry and Sheila. Must say the hot buttons for me are the attached garage and basement. As for recreational amenities, not so much. So Sterling Woods would be a definite consideration for me. Enjoy your day.
