Kat Palmiotti - I know, where would you begin to look and how many times do you go around the house to find them?

True story! I had a client move from out of state. When I asked her about the house she was living in and what she liked and disliked the most, her answer was very surprising. She said it was about 5,500 square feet. She hated it because it was too big and she spent most of her day looking for her twin boys who loved to play hide-N-go-seek! They were both under five and the stress was too much for her. What she wanted was a small house with just the right amount of space for what really mattered, # of beds per bedroom, a kitchen with enough space, and a play room in only one room. She did get her wish!

Oh my, what a great local report, Patricia! Your home prices are far higher than ours here in the Charlotte area but, as you mentioned, a ways away from those in LA!
