The buyers are out there buying.

I ratified contracts for two buyers in the past week. The first buyer is for 42704 Red Shale Court in Ashburn. This single family home was listed for $759,900.  The second buyer I ratified a contract for was for 30 Ridgewood Drive in Stafford. This single family home was listed for $237,550.
