In June of 2008 there were 15 homes that closed within the month for Ashland MA. This is a increase of 1 units as there were 14 homes that closed in June of 2007.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Ashland for June of 2007 was $455,193

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Ashland for June of 2008 was $526,277

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Ashland for June of 2007 was $443,607

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Ashland for June of 2008 was $513,100

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Ashland in June of 2007 was 146 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Ashland June of 2008 was 97 days.

 

21 homes went under agreement in Ashland Massachusetts in the month of June. The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $433,970. The average time on the market for these Ashland homes were 63 days.

These statistics are similar to many of the towns in Metrowest MA and represent the on going weakness in the market as compared to previous years. What must be stressed, however, is that these home figures still represent a healthy amount of sales.

Bill- So Ashland MA Real Estate is one of those area that is super hyper local and is really hopping! What a great area!

Katerina - Ashland MA has not faired too badly in comparison to some of the other local towns in the Metrowst MA area. It has come down in value but not as sharply. The housinfg stock in Ashland is fairly reasonable and there are not a lot of high end properties that tend to bring the averages down while going through a correction.
