The best Marketing Enhancer Purchase I have ever made!
I have been busy with all my listings and prepping for my duties in Paris with the great Chef Alain Ducasse. Hence, I did not have much time to focus on my own purchase from the Active Rain point store. Now with that said, let me tell you what my purchase will be.
Keeping in mind, I eat and sleep Real Estate in the Greater Los Angeles area. As listings are becoming more competitive, it is important to have an edge over the competition. Hence when it comes to getting the Luxury home listings in Bel Air, CA 90077 and in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 we need to show off our marketing skills.
The sellers are now focusing on what is our marketing strategy and how is better than our competition. Gone are the days when we told the sellers well let’s list it for $3 million and see how many offers we can get in the first two days.

Now I am just curious, since I have so many points could I get at least ten listing package enhancers? I am not looking for a discount willing to pay full price, just want to insure that I can tell at least ten sellers, that no one in my market will be able to have such an enhanced Marketing than this Beverly Hills Realtor? I am confident it would go a long way.
