Fruit Trees Make Sagle Idaho Listing Even Sweeter

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Sandpoint Realty LLC DB36113

Some listings 'sweeter' than others and this listing in Sagle Idaho showed itself off to be just one of those.

Sandpoint Reatly 351 Five Lakes Estates Cherry Tree

Our listing at 351 Five Lakes Estates in Sagle Idaho has many added features, one of which being cherry trees.  At a recent showing I had absolutely no problem staying out of the way of the Buyers and Buyers Agent in order for them to enjoy the house and grounds on their own.

At the Sagle Idaho listing appointment I was also given a half gallon of freshly squeezed apple juice from their trees.  After enjoying a cold glass, or two, I made a point of asking what was added.  'Nothing'...simply squeezed and filtered.  I have never tasted anything, off the shelf, sweeter nor crisper tasting.

While a North Idaho home is not bought for fruit trees alone these along with the garden will have anyone taking a very serious 2nd look.

Hello Mark, I agree with you about fruit trees, in rural areas I would think that they would attract deer.

They do Will.  Fencing necessary or you see trees trimmed to the height of deer standing on their hind legs.  lol   If a moose chooses to enjoy there is little to stop em.  Oh my.

Thank you Patricia for the kind words.   To be honest I had already enjoyed quite a few of the cherries prior to the picture.  lol

Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint-Idaho - A cherry is such a a delectable treat. No matter how satisfying, you can't eat just one. But if all you had was one, it would still be more than satisfying. I wish I could grow cherry trees in Texas!
P.S. I meant what I said in my comment. This is a great blog post and your photo makes it even more convincing.
