On July 18, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values gained 7.7% to the price of $860,230 in June of 2022 from price of $798,720 in May of 2022, and jumped 8.1% from price of $796,120 in June of 2021 in Los Angeles County, California. While, homes sales dropped 3.0% in June of 2022 from May of 2022, and fell 20.6% from June of 2021 in Los Angeles County, California.
There were 2.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in June of 2022, higher from 2.3 months in May of 2022, and rose from 1.8 months in June of 2021. An average it took 10.0 days to sell a home in June 2022, up from 9.0 days in May of 2022, and increased from 8.0 days in June of 2021 in Los Angeles County, California.
