Tuesday! Tuesday! Can't Trust That Day...!!!

My post of yesterday was a sort of a rant about how I detested Mondays...I shoulda known better...

So far, and it's now beyond 3 PM, I haven't accomplished much in the way of constructive or productive work!

The entire day has been spent putting out fires...I just wish they were the kind of fires they're encountering in the far west...at least it woud be helpful to saving lives...my kind of 'fire extinguishment' is the typical 'title issues' and business related 'fires' that need to be addressed almost on a daily basis...

Now folks, this is not a rant...it is a mere statement of fact...we deal all day with municipalities, lenders, tax collectors, lawyers, underwriters, old borrowers, new borrowers, yet to be borrowers...oh, and yes...real estate agents and loan officers!

The order in which I listed the respective entities is roughly in descending order of aggravation...at least as far as 'fire extinguishment' is concerned...

Of course we get many pleasurable phone calls from some on the list, but by and large...we are in the 'fire fighting' business!

And worse yet, we can't use duct tape, WD-40, or wipey dypes!

I know this sounds like a long 'Twitter', but I'm tired and I'm headed home...and there's more of this excitement where that came from to be had tomorrow...hump day!!!
